Estimates are valid for 30 days.
All gas appliances and absorption refrigerators are only worked on by Gas Safe Registered Engineers.
All refrigeration re-gas and compressors are only worked on by CITB qualified Refrigerant Gas Handling Engineers.
The cost of repairing a built in appliance may be reduced if it is removed from its housing prior to arrival - but you do this at your own risk.
We do not carry out work external to the appliance (i.e. additional pipe work or sockets etc.)
We can refuse the right to work on an appliance that is obstructed in a way that it is unable to be worked on.
We are unable to work on hot appliances such as ovens, hobs or cookers.
Should you have a freezer which needs repairing, we may ask you to defrost your appliance before we visit.
The full service charge is payable if our Service Engineer finds the fault to be down to customer mis-use. ie, blocked filter; or associated electrical source to the appliance. ie, blown fuse.
