* An estimate is only valid for 30 days. If you wish to go ahead with the repair, then you will only pay the outstanding balance.

** All gas appliances are only worked on by 'Gas Safe Register' Gas Registered Engineers.

*** All absorption refrigerators are only worked on by 'Gas Safe Register' LPG Registered Engineers.

**** This price may be reduced if the appliance is removed from it's housing and re-fitted by the customer prior to the Service Engineer arriving.

Please note that we can refuse the right to work on an appliance that is obstructed in a way that it is unable to be worked on.
If we have to work on an oven, hob or a cooker, please note that we are unable to work on hot appliances.
Should you have a freezer which needs repairing, we may ask you to defrost your appliance before we visit. 
You would still have to pay the full service charge if our Service Engineer finds the fault to be down to customer mis-use. ie, blocked filter; or associated electrical source to the appliance. ie, blown fuse.
